Nurse Practitioner
Office location: NORTH
Full-Time Salaried Position

Responsibilities: Provides a full range of direct care to patients as an assistant to physicians following established standards and practices. Performs history and physical examinations on patients establishing presumptive diagnoses, general work-up of the patient by ordering appropriate laboratory studies. Responsible, under the physician’s supervision, for the management of patients’ problems following diagnoses. Initiates appropriate laboratory, radiologic and special examinations or tests required for evaluation. Provides counseling and instruction to patients and refers patients to other services as required. Maintains chart entries, writes orders and records progress notes and obtains responsible physician signature as required. Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness in handling all customer interactions. Performs all other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of accredited nursing program, Completion of accredited nurse practitioner program, Three years of nursing experience in direct patient care. Current state Registered Nurse license NCC Certification DEA number and prescriptive privileges CPR Certification

Ultrasonographer
Office location: CARMEL
Full-Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities: Provides ultrasound diagnostic services to our obstetric and gynecology patients, as directed by physicians including scanning and procedures, scheduling, patient care during procedure and communication with patients following the ultrasound.

Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school. Three to four years of directly related
experience will be accepted in lieu of Associates Degree at the discretion of the practice. One to two years related/applicable experience preferably within the specialty of OB/GYN. Current ARDMS or eligible.

Medical Assistant III or LPN
Office Location: NORTH ( Full Time Hourly Position)
FISHERS (Part Time Hourly Position)

Responsibilities: ​Seeking an experienced Medical Assistant or LPN that has worked in a physicians office, preferably OB/GYN, performing Phone Triage responsibilities. Must be able to answer patient calls and assess needs over the phone for various OB and GYN issues including the need to be scheduled for an appointment, seen at the hospital, review medications and re-fills, consult with the physician on treatment plan and communicate back to the patient. Must be able to multi-task, communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff and provide excellent quality care.

Minimum Requirements: ​Graduation from accredited technical training program. One to three years of related/applicable experience. Ability to successfully complete Clinical Checklist and obtain MA Certification within 60 days of hire. For LPN, graduation from a nursing program and current licensure. Prefer experience in an office setting providing back office services and experience with an OBGYN specialty group. Ability to provide excellent customer service to the physician and the patients is necessary along with a professional attitude and positive communication skills.

Medical Assistant III
Office Location: FISHERS
Full Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities: ​Provides back office clinical services by assisting the physician seeing patients in the office/exam room setting. Greets patients, reviews medical information, assists the physician with procedures, lab testing and exams. Also, assists with phone triage, scheduling and OB Education as needed.

Minimum Requirements: ​Graduation from accredited technical training program. One to four or more years of related/applicable experience. Ability to successfully complete Clinical Checklist and obtain MA Certification within 60 days of hire. Prefer experience in an office setting providing back office services and experience with an OBGYN specialty group. Ability to provide excellent customer service to the physician and the patients is necessary along with a professional attitude and positive communication skills.
