Customer Testimonial

“I have struggled to lose any significant amount of weight my entire life. When OB/GYN of Indiana decided to implement Ideal Protein, I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! I started the program in October of 2016. In seven months, I lost almost 100 lbs, 28.5 inches, and I’m still on my journey to my ideal weight! My weight loss has helped me gain confidence and enabled me to enjoy things like going camping and trying new things with my family.”
– Darlene, Indianapolis

“I found myself on the other side of 60 pounds overweight, and feeling fat and tired. When Ideal Protein was introduced to the office, it seemed like a good solution, but I was still skeptical. I saw others losing a significant amount of weight with Ideal Protein, and the statistic of 85% of people maintaining their weight loss sold me. I lost nearly 70 pounds in 6 months, and found it an easy diet to stick to. I have more energy to work through a very difficult work life, and I can keep up with my family’s busy schedules as well. I sleep better at night, and find that I actually need less sleep. The weight loss has also resolved my significant knee pain that I have suffered with for many years enabling me to swim and be physically active. This diet changed my life, and I am so grateful for it. I feel like it has given me the power to be whatever weight I want to be, and I have never felt that power my entire life.” - Dr. Cynthia Seffernick
